I have no idea what to make of this?

Flop bet is big and makes no sense to me. It shouldn't be a set or a FD.

I am always confused by this random things Fish do and have no idea what to doo.

I called the river since I was getting about 15% pot odds, but I don't think I should ever be raising here?

I'll preface this with you have hidden your actual hand so I've no idea what cards you have*. I assume thsi is a mistake because at no point are you talking about ranges.

The bigger people bet the more it is correct to fold.

Saying things like it shouldn't be a set or flush draw is wrong. Why not? Even if you can justify why theoretically it'd be bad, which you don't, you're not villain and don't know what they are doing.

Villain is a fish (you say so) why? Saying fish means nothing. It's dreadful puffing out chest macho bull**** focus on mistakes villain is making and how you exploit that. Thinking someone is "good" or "bad" is pointless we just care about making money from them.

Why would you not be raising the river if you have the nuts?

edit * you posted it in the title, that's odd and confusing. I wouldn't suggest hiding it in the thread just because you put it in the title.

If you have T9s with no draw I think the flop is fine but it's definitely nearer the bottom of my calling range. The turn is ok but once again it's very close to the bottom of my calling range, the river you can definitely raise for value imo to such a small bet. Folding to a shove. Against a bigger bet we can just call.

It wasn't on purpose, I have no idea how that happened. I see it's the same in my other post, i'm looking into it.

Thank you for the explanation.

edit* if I copy/paste the hand directly from HM2 to the hand converter, my hand doesn't show. However, if I export the hand to a .txt file and the copy/paste it to the converter then it's ok. I don't get it.
