CO: $5.49 (109.8 bb)
BTN: $5 (100 bb)
SB: $5.06 (101.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $5.20 (104 bb)
UTG: $5 (100 bb)
MP: $6.45 (129 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8 Q
2 folds, CO raises to $0.13, BTN calls $0.13, SB calls $0.11, Hero raises to $0.80, CO folds, BTN calls $0.67, SB folds

Flop: ($1.86) A 5 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $1, BTN calls $1

Turn: ($3.86) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($3.86) 9 (2 players)

Hero is nitty w ~0% 3bet, table is loose with mway pots galore. Villain looks like a LAGfish, running like 39/30 over 30 hands. Table had been doing this a lot so I squeeze w garbage and get caught.

V flop FCB is 0% but I suck so I fire w MP.

River I'd just give up against someone decent cos it screams bluff but this guy I'm guessing he just sees all the cards and sweats w his AT or w/e. Ship is good against LAGfish here or just burning money?

So it's unlikely your 3bet gets everyone to fold, and you get to play a 3bet pot with q8o.

Table had been doing this a lot, so you should wait til you get an hand worth playing a 3bet pot with. Don't randomly decide to 3bet with the random hand you were dealt this or that hand. Do it when it's profitable.

Unless there was a specific reason for you to do so despite your assement of the table being loose, seems like a bored "**** it, I'm gonna do it now" play. This is not good. Pick your spots. This wasn't a good one. You don't even have a blockers to much, and you'll almost never hit a hand you're really confident with. 8 could be beat by overpairs, q could be outkicked.

As played... Flop : You're not getting an ace to fold, and people often peel one with pocket pairs. Especially 'loose lagfish'. Might as well just check call. If he keeps barreling you're probably beat (hell he could be bluffing with the best hand) but really, you shouldn't have been in this hand to begin with.
