i dont find any mistake in this hand ,my only concern is: should i bet less in river?

it's a little loose pre unless blinds or table is tight.

It seems like he has an ace. I would imagine that he would raise with a flush. I would size to put him in otr if he can't let go of an ace or 2p.

I think I would enough on the turn to make it an inflection point. There is $0.46 in the pot and the villain has $1.86 left. Bet something like the pot or slightly more, and if they call they will be pot-committed when you shove on the river.

ETA: Actually, given the stack size, the betting the pot is just about perfect: Pot is 0.46, effective stack is 1.86. We are betting x, and we want the pot on the river, .46 + 2x to equal the effective stack on the river, 1.86 - x. A little bit of algebra yields x = 1.40/3 = 46.7
