3 to a straight and 3 to a flush OTF is a great bluff spot. I like your double barrel when you pick up equity on the turn. However, I think this may be a give up OTR. V opened pre, called your raise, called your x/r, and called your turn bet. You have decent show down value with your K and V isn’t likely going anywhere.

Otr 65s gets there, A5s gets there, so your other natural bluff cards are very limited. Also you have those aforementioned nutted hands while villain doesnt. So this hand makes a ton of sense to bluff the river with. You could even choose a very big size as your range is polarized to the nuts and bluffs.
