Dont check call OOP to RIV with TPGK and fold in these spots. fold preflop or call River based on your opponent (who is in position BTW).

Probably depends on what hands you 3! preflop in this scenario. If you 3! AQ then AJ is your best ace and probably a call. However AJs is probably a 3! against the CO opening range.
