Raise flop? Call river? Raise flop? Call river?

On the flop I don't think it's unreasonable to raise as I protect against some overcards.

On the river I think I shouldn't have called as it seems like villain is value betting an over pair, the 8d doesn't seem like a useful blocker.

I would just fold the river to the triple barrel. People don’t do this enough as a bluff at NL2..

vs triple half pot, i prolly let it go otr but its very tempting to call considering he seems to be button clicking...

Yeah I’d call this at 2NL but I wouldn’t be thrilled with it. Probably a marginal spot.

It's a good flop for you to raise at a high frequency (Snowie raises small with 39% of its range), but calling is also viable, as you have a lot of floats as well. In theory you shouldn't be folding any pair on this runout vs that sizing (villain can have loads of 5x, 3x and 98/T9/T8), but exploitatively vs that player pool folding might be preferable.
