Cashing out big stacks is fine, especially if your 100bb strategy is more solid than deep stack which it probably is

I'm kind of baffled how you have a graph like that with such low aggression stats. Are you giving up on most flops but going balls to the wall with any pair?

There aren't quite enough stats to fully comment, and 3000-4000 hands is really far too small a sample to make anything like meaningful comments, and even for you, to make any sort of understanding above the basic about your game. Ideally, fold to 3bet after raise, cbet %, fold to cbet, as well as those stats by position, and WWSF would be useful to complement those you've already posted.

Based on the above, my guess is that you are calling slightly too much after an initial open, and not 3betting quite enough preflop, so some of the hands you call you should be 3betting. As the previous poster has pointed out, and given your background in tournaments, you are probably overvaluing single pair hands. Your WTSD is relatively high, which isn't a bad thing in isolation, but your WSD is very low, which does indicate you are either overvaluing certain hands, or that you are bluffing a lot in poor spots. My guess is that your WWSF must be fairly high to compensate. However, the sample really is pretty small, so it's pretty difficult to form meaningful opinions.

Play 3b or fold preflop because of rake at the micros except in the big blind

I started with using the ranges of GTOWizard free and doing alright, though you should be a tiny bit tighter than their 50nl ranges again because of rake, just remove the worst hands from your range

Like others have said sample is way too small. I can say with pretty good confidence that you are over-calling too much preflop. The gap between your vpip and pfr is too large. With rake being brutal I would reccomend folding the very bottom of your calling range, and incorporating the top of your calling range into 3-bets. Look into preflop charts that tell you based on position what action you should take facing a raise, when to open, etc
