Should we have bluff 4bet/3bet range preflop in fast poker against fish?(maybe and post flop?)
what about unknown Vs?
Balancing our range is all about not being exploited,right? So vs fish or players who havent play against you many times there is no reason to balance, or my thinking procedure lacks sth?

answer is dependant on what stakes youre playing. Im guessing micros.

youre gonna need to bluff vs some players in the pool, its up to you to figure out who these players are.

However, your overall strategy should be based on average population reads - at micros people make calling mistakes meaning we gonna want to bluff less and value bet thinly etc.

youre right, vs fish balance goes out the window, just look to extract value vs their most likely weak range.

still against fish should we fold the part of 3bet bluff pre? or for example in position to flat them in order to take advantage later in some street?

At the micros you will never have enough stats to exploit 3bet range..
Just don't do it..
You will never have enough reading too..
One mistake is not enough to label then..
