At $0.10-$0.25 NLH (full ring) on Pokerstars would it be unreasonably tight to pretty much always just muck QQ when facing a 4-bet pre-flop? It seems to me that every time I've been in this situation I've been up against AA or KK.

Depends on stacks, reads, 4-bet size, etc. Sometimes you may want to flat, sometimes you'll fold, sometimes you'll want to roll with it. Saying to ALWAYS fold to a 4-bet is incorrect IMO.

Okay...

You're in the cutoff with QQ. MP player raises to $0.62. You 3-bet to $1.50. Raiser 4-bets to $4.25. You have an effective stack of $20. You have not seen your opponent 4-bet, and don't have any other information on him.
