Given villains stats, just create a large pot. Someone that plays 70 percent of hands QQ, crushes them. Of course they can wake up with some random two pairs or straights here, but the vast majority of their range includes weak pairs and just air.

I think you should have sized pre flop larger (Villain will call), and then raise flop and turn (getting more value from villain and creating a larger pot). As played, call river.
