Just a simple question about what I should do at .05/.1

Folds to the button (VPIP/PFR = 19.9/14.0; UOPFR = 44.1% and Fold to 3 bet = 42.9%).
Hero is SB with QJs.
BB's VPIP/PFR/3bet = 20.8/15.5/3.2
Honestly have no idea what I should be doing here. I could see arguments for folding, calling, and raising. Thoughts?

Yeah, I typically 3-bet here almost every time. If we get called, it can play post flop pretty well but we have a lot of FE from a BTN raise.

My thought process was that a lot of our 3 bets aren't going to generate enough fold equity.
So would you three bet with JTs? What about 98s?

His fold to 3bet is quite low but we can 3bet QJs as part of a linear 3bet range.

I would 3bet both the hands you mention but 98s is about the weakest hand I would 3bet.
