Is lowering your cbet frequency and strengthening your check back range capable of making you much more money at these stakes? How does this differ for regs vs recs? I've been thinking of checking back a lot of nut flush draws and top pair good kicker type hands, and increasing my standard cbet size in most situations for only really non nut draws and some very strong hands on boards that aren't bone dry

How often should you bet when checked to?

When I have a range advantage or when Vs x range is extremely unbalanced.

The rest depends on the V. Having some top pairs in your x range can be extremely profitable against the right V's.
