Ignore the stats, you can easily fold to the 3b.

Ignore the stats? Villain's 3! range as big as their somewhat tight-ish PFR.

Shouldn't we be 4-betting pf and jamming non-threatening flops?

(I haven't looked at the results. OP, please don't post results.)

Sure, you can 4b, I just don't like CC 3bs so much. It's only 28 hands though.

Are you also calling it off if SB shoves? I would feel like I have to and hating it.

If SB shoves preflop, I think I can find a fold.

Once this flop comes down and the pot is some 70bb, I think we have to call a pot-sized shove. But I wouldn't like it either.

Either fold or 4bet which I think folding is a better option. You're better off 4bet bluffing suited aces or AQ/AJ which have blockers. Cold calling with 9's/10's will just put you in extremely tough spots. UTG can also have 10's, JJ, and QQ in this spot when you call flop bet.
