i had a 1200 hand session today and i have been running so bad. Now i just need to know if there were ways around this or just face them and continue playing good. I am a good player, i am a winning player but this is poker. If these decisions had gone my way it would be completely different but 1 after another. Please give feedback. I feel kinda low after this session, lost like 30% of my bankroll ugh.

H1: good fold.
H2: fold. fold. fold. Bad call. -$0,65
H3: cooler.
H4: Squueze pre. Fold on that checkraise OTF. Nutted hand. -$2,16
H5: 3bet bigger. Also a cooler.
It's variation with some bad plays.

Thanks for the reply. Sometimes i feel i just have to call and i need to work on this part of my game. I need to follow the adage 'money saved is money earned'
1. fine, could also just flat PF
2. don't really like using this as a 3-bet bluff and would just call PF, prefer to bet flop -> jam turn, not sure why we would want to check back flop here
3. 3-bet PF, raising flop is probably okay but should be larger if we elect to raise; calling seems fairly close too
4. larger PF, and i'm checking somewhere postflop because you're probably not getting three streets of value from worse on this runout
Q7s hand.. why 3 bet pre? Would call instead pre. Like the check otf and the turn raise. Not a bad call on the river actually. V could have a busted FD combo or a 'tricky' played overpair and we have only need to be right like 20-25% of the time. The call might even be EV+
QQ vs JJ hand... Most players cbet their AA and KK on theese flops and the checkraise is often nutty, but could also be a good combo with overcards+fd. I mean look at the action on the hand. PFR checks and MP bets into you and you 3bet and then UTG checkraises into 2 players.. It's a strong move. Could be the nuts and could be a semibluff. It's player dependent.
I'm working on the same part of my game at the moment and I found that playing fewer tables and using the 'REM process' helps me quite a bit when trying to figure out if fold/call/raise is best.
