    Preflop i would 3bet but flat seems ok too. OTR x/c is standard.Imo it is well played but you can bet 1/3or 50% pot OTR for value because you have the Qs so you block some draws from his range and you can be called from AK ,KJ so you ll get more value.X/C and bet OTR both are fine to me and the optimal line depend on some specific stats OTR and WTSD.
