Same issue here, I contacted support, send my log files and requested hh. Was missing around 6-7percent of hands, that were also not visible in replayer. They said it is a high priority issue and the programming team would be informed.

I contacted Stars today and the issue is resolved. They sent me all my hands from June. Was missing maybe 500 ou of 16k or so total.

Perhaps they realized that it's just dumb to swap blinds and open coffins? But yeah seems weird that it just dies over night.

I was playing at both arp and whirlpool when they died. They were also healthy during peak times but at odd peak times the player pool just kept dwindling and dwindling until everyone quit. Like for a few weeks it was dropping down to less than 20 players but surviving, then people stopped bothering and soon everyone quit at the lowest point. For a while it was revived later in the night but still died at the lowest off peak time. Eventually people just stopped bothering trying to get it started.

I think as soon as the pool stops running 24 hours it's basically over. People were sitting I. 10nl or 6 max or reg tables and just couldn't be assed sticking and entry in. Are 10nl and 5nl dead too now?

100nl, 50nl and 25nl actually died slowly. 16nl never ran tbh but 10nl and 5nl just disappeared overnight which is weird
