It's not the greatest flop for your range, but it's still pretty good, as you have all the overpairs, and no really weak pairs. (You're not 3-bettting 88 or A7s very often, if at all).
I should think you can just bet TT+, all your FDs and maybe some BDFDs too. Maybe check-call AA sometimes, but JJ seems like a standard c-bet to me.
I want to fold to that big turn barrel. Continue with QQ+ and spades though.

So what's your checking range on this flop then? 9s needs protection from ocs. Shouldn't he bet those too?

This looks like 2 pr+ here. Why would you continue with QQ+? If villain was betting a draw, it got there, unless it was something like T9 or 98. Especially at nl5z where players bet their nuts and big draws and check fold everything else....

This looks a lot like a set, expecially since he bet big when the flop w/ draw hit and small when the flush came in.

Its conceivable UTG has qq and kk here. I like checking a board like this and playing more defensively.

Jam the turn if you're gonna continue. Why are you leaving 20bbs behind?

Tough spot. The only thing we beat in Villain’s range is TT

not a bad flop for sb
I think whatever you want to bet should bet on the larger side

Re: nl5z - JJ oop 3betpot

On the flop, without any read on the villain, IMHO the c-bet is definitely the most +EV line to take. I also agree on the call to the raise, but when he bets the pot on the turn, that is a fold. His range is polarised and the only thing that we beat is just TT (most likely, an AK of spades don't raise flop and doesn't bet that big on the turn)

Which nines are you 3-betting pre in SBvUTG?
I'm mostly just check(-folding) my air (hands like AQdd/AJhh) and betting overpairs and draws/backdoors.

Villain can conceivably play QQ/JJ/TT or even KK like this. QQ beats a few more hands than JJ does. I'm not exactly thrilled about continuing with queens, but if I'm folding all my overpairs (which I wouldn't do), that only leaves me with about 3 combos of FDs, and it would be very exploitable if I folded nearly everything to villain's line. We've got to draw a line somewhere for the best hand that we fold on the turn, and (at these stakes) I'd draw that line at jacks.

The min raise on the flop is not a bluff and V is value betting/protecting turn. You simply don't see those types of over bets often as a bluff. The bet on the river could be one of those "My hand is strong so I know I have to bet something, but I'm scared of the spade so let me bet less."

The turn is the problem. Not so much the river. The turn is a fold vs. all that aggression.

Re: nl5z - JJ oop 3betpot

Fold the turn i guess. its more like population tendencies and info on villian. Population tendencies at NL5 at stars tells me he never bluffs here with that sizing. If the bet on the turn was 1/2 i would most probably jam it with no spade holding expecting villian to have some flush draws/monster draws in his range

Yeah, it's fairly standard, although I think Monker sometimes flats JJ/TT to help 'protect' some weaker flats like 99/88/AQ. Most regs use a '3-bet or fold' strat for the SB, however.
