is turn call bad? assuming i bet a big portion of my range in flop, shouldnt i call the turn bet with AKo with no spade? (fold all the other Ax )

Turn call is probably fine and I guess you have to call river, don't know how often 5z player would bluff with that turn sizing tho.

in theory 22 to 66 are not calling your squeeze but you didn't post any stats on the villain.

but, in his BTN call 3bet range he can also have AK (chop), AQ, KQ, QJs, QTs.
he can also bet A5s, A3s as a bluff, both in his call 3bet range.
