Hey guys, here is a hand I completely butchered

Is this a check-fold or check-call flop?

Can't remember why I bet river here but if I could go back I would probably check-call river as played, thoughts?

Hero (SB): 287.4 BB
BB: 50.8 BB
UTG: 116.2 BB
MP: 98.6 BB
CO: 131.2 BB

Hero posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Qh Qc
fold, fold, CO raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 10 BB, fold, CO calls 7 BB

You should mostly be checking monotone textures out of position

There isn't any reason to donk jam river
