how is a x/r good on the turn? Our range is much wider than his on the flop. We can have all high card hands and overpairs while he can't. His range smashes this, you aren't getting many folds on the turn at all so turn bet is absolutely lighting money on fire.
Big part of winning is knowing ranges and not betting just because you have equity to the pot
