Opinions on this hand?
Villain is 23/18/11.1
[PREFLOP]
Is the preflop call OK? Would somebody fold / 4b?
[FLOP]
OTF i decided to x/f this hand but it went x/x.
[TURN]
I hit J OTT, i don't think that he has many flushes here, maybe some with Ah.
I went for some protection / value extraction with half pot bet (should i go smaller maybe?)
[RIVER]
River Q hits, thoughts on this blockbet? Does it make sense in your opinion?

depends on your strategy, but the villan dont seems to be a fishy 3better.

So probably im calling pf %35 times, otf i would c/c because if he has nothing you are taking away the chance he could bluff, so im c/c turn otr i would block bet here better then bet block the turn, because he is gonna bet otf with fd and he check, what range you put him on ? i think he has aq+ with one heart, any medium pair he would cbet, i would probably check call turn and river check call or donk block bet.

    what happen ?

I don't like 3x opens, but otherwise, preflop is fine.
Flop is probably a x/f as announced, turn is a value bet.
River is tricky, but I'd probably go for a thin, but normal sized value bet (~60%) since CO sould not have many Qx and we were very likely ahead on the turn.

    PREFLOP
CO vs UTG 3b range? Any adjustments on this range? Maybe I am wrong completely
    JJ+, AQs+, A5s-A2s, 98s, 87s, 76s, AQo+

    TURN
after x on turn I think he can call my bet with this:

    AhKh, AhQh, 9d8d, 9s8s, 9c8c, 8d7d, 8s7s, 8c7c, 7d6d, 7s6s, 7c6c, Ah5h, Ah4h, Ah3h, Ah2h, AdKh, AhKd, AhKs, AhKc, AsKh, AcKh, AdQh, AhQd, AhQs, AhQc, AsQh, AcQh

    RIVER (26 combos)
    5 Qx
    6 flushes
    6 missed AK
    9 combos of small pairs

If i bet small I am targeting majority of his range (small pairs) while saving money on calling bigger bet when he has flush or his Q

Am I full of crap? If yes can you pinpoint any logical flaw? Thanks a lot!

    Results:
    Spoiler:
    Results: $14.93 pot ($0.67 rake)
    Final Board: 5 6 8 J Q
Hero showed A J and lost (-$7.29 net)
    CO showed Q A and won $14.26 ($6.97 net)

He called, I think I saved some money with blockbet. I personally don't 3b AQo CO vs UTG but it is mistake on my part that i didn't expect it, I am not the best with assigning ranges to avg field
