Is my line with aces fine here, or should I play it different pre and on the early streets? I realize the river call is a little iffy, but I just think he has alot of lower sets and two pairs he would be taking this line with aswell. Espacially when the flush draw doesn't hit.
Should I jam on the turn? I'm new here, but I hope for some advice on this one.
I know your sample isn't huge but I think the larger 3-bet pre, as suggested, might have gotten a fold from villain here.
As played I think you can fold river as a lot completes here. I don't think he turns JJ or better into a bluff, only bluffs are probably heart draws or something like JT that misses Iimo.
Bigger pre. (I love when people 3bet too small and I can call with some marginal hand and crack their overpair. Don’t be that guy. Your setting yourself up for some bad reverse implied odds when beat, and not getting full value when good).
wp post tho. I would be thinking you still have the nuts even on that river . Only 28 hands on V, but his stats are 14/10 so wouldn’t expect him to be too out of line. the only 8 villain should have in his +1 full ring opening range is pocket 8’s, and that hand shouldn’t make it to the river. Pretty suprised to see he’s opening 85s , take a note and move on.
I think his sizing on the flop is fine. If he made a larger 3 bet I would even go smaller than half pot. Have the board pretty locked down, not afraid of any turn card.

75 BB effective I'm good with 2 streets. To each his own.
