We are playing vs a nit regular, I believe his range is JJ-QQ, AKs, we don't have the Ace of spades, I only see value when he bets river. Thoughts?

I think I call, because he might show up with AQ, KQs or QJs. It's a bit annoying as you block some TPTKs. Obviously he has QQ/JJ/99 sometimes or even AQss/KQss, but I don't like folding overpairs in 3-bet pots. It's not as if you're getting in 100bb with one pair. The pot is quite small. It's a close one though, so folding isn't terrible.

I think call, you could have some AsKx or AxKs cbet bluffs that shut down that you're folding. AA is probably a call. BB could be turning JK/JT/9x into a bluff.

BB has all QJo combos when he flats which could value bet river when you check turn.

It seems like a call for me.BTW You are very good at note taking. How many tables are you playing?

As played I’d say 100% call the river. It’s not a very big bet so you only need to be good a small percent of the time which I’d say you are... he could be betting as low as K9s (although unlikely if he’s a bit as you say he is). Sure, he could have a flush but at that bet size it’s worth calling that river.

I’d even argue that you could go for 3 streets of value with a river bet on the smaller side. If you get re-raised on the turn or shoved on the river THEN you’re probably in trouble. Don’t worry TOO much about villain’s nittiness, I think by folding this river you are playing far too exploitative which then leaves yourself too open for exploitation.
