In theory V should be calling all his overpairs there, and he just has 6 combos of sets.

You can also raise flop and GII turn, but that gives the nit a chance to run away

A7s, A5s, 98s, 66, just off the top of my head. and all of those can gain equity with certain turn cards, especially 98s and 66. And both block straights.

Nh. FWIW I usually hate life when I’m on the receiving end of this line. Used to think it was bad a few years ago, because lol just bet, bet, bet with overpairs. But come round to thinking it’s pretty good, and doing more x/r with a wider value range in general.

In theory AA supposed to xc turn and we can jam weaker pairs without a club. But the ev are very similar and likely xr is higher ev since their river betting frequency wont be high enough to warrant having a xc turn range
