    only straight ott - 33+22+45s = 16 combos
    16 combos+ AJss-A4ss;QKss-Q7ss=30 combos (we have 54% equity and 29% needed to call R)
almost all FDs+32s+Q3s+Q2+Q6 (we have 60% equity versus this range)
so it's bad play and easy call river???

A competent reg should probably never have you beat here, because 33/22/54s are folded pre, and KQss is a 3-bet. This looks more like a missed flush draw of some sort.

Think we need to call some AQ and fold some. So calling all non spade combos looks good to me and folding any with a spade

Why fold some AQ? AQ is one of our best hands here

I don't hate flatting those in the sb with what looks like a fishy bb there. I probably wouldn't flat, but I can see how some regs would.

if he flats 33/22 and 54s bc of fish in the bb, he also flats a host of other scs, AXs and weaker suited broadways, mby suited gappers.
so he can show up with enough spades here. you don't know how many of these give up otr but if half of them bet, you still have a call.
