Agree with starting with a flop x.
River is just brutal. I probably fold depending on the V. Looks like one of the Russians based on the stats and they almost always have it when they do this.
Why would V bet river ever? He gets no value from your give ups as they will just fold so he has to give you a chance to bluff again. Your value hands should bet again anyway. V would need to get fairly creative to bluff and FME, river x jams are really nutted.

. To be fair, PokerSnowie likes 3betting those low Ax offsuit hands in BvB. Not sure how great it is in practice though.
