SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J Q

fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 3 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (6 BB, 2 players) Q 2 9
SB bets 2.9 BB, Hero raises to 13 BB, SB calls 10.1 BB

Turn: (32 BB, 2 players) 2
SB checks, Hero checks

River: (32 BB, 2 players) 9
SB bets 15.3 BB, Hero calls 15.3 BB

Preflop I just call, I like to play that hand in Position.

Flop is perfect for me I have TP and FD. His Range is pretty wide here I want to build a pot in case I hit my flush and I`m still in great shape against his calling Range.

Turn is a blank I decide to x behind I don`t think I get much value from worse and I don`t want to get x/r.

River I call he has some missed draws in his hand and could even bet some worse Q or underpair for value.

I would have played it exactly the same. It's a missed FD/SD often or some random bad play easily 25% of times. If he has you then you has you, that's poker.

IMO, people bluff missed draws on the river WAY too often. I often make some extremely questionable calls OTR because of that. On a flop like that, when the turn and river aren't diamonds, aces, kings or eights it'd be very difficult to move me off a hand when turn is check check and someone bets the river.

Raise smaller otf if you're gonna raise, you want to keep the TP component of your equity as much as possible

Looks wp to me. Flop can go either call or raise. I'd prefer the raise to be more like 9-10 BB

I 3bet pre, I too like to play the hand in position, but I'd rather make villain put more money in oop.

Hand is fine ap, you could make a case for calling flop but raising is good too. We can also bet turn as our opponent shouldn't have much 9x.

Villain is a NIT ... just saying.

on the river we block part of his bluff range (Jd)

so i am probably not raising that hand on the flop. can not imagine calling THAT particular oppenent with worse.

smaller raise flop, 3-bet pre blind vs blind

Flatting this bvb most ott. Mixing it vs solidish regs, those who defend enough pre. Not 3betting Vs nits or overfolders.

Flop I flat most ott without good reason to raise. Villain should be somewhat polar otf and not gonna get mega action from worse.

Happy to have this in my peeling range to strengthen turn range when peeling light etc

you think that SB's leading range on Q92 TT for 1/2 pot is polar? they should be leading some 9x / 2x lol

Should generally be selectively cbetting this so 9x will check a lot, also weak Qx.

2x will bet fold so raising vs that is irrelevant
