Hero (SB): 116.9 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J A

UTG calls 1 BB, MP calls 1 BB, fold, BTN raises to 7 BB, Hero raises to 17 BB, fold, fold, MP calls 16 BB, BTN calls 10 BB

Flop: (53 BB, 3 players) 7 8 K
Hero checks, MP bets 7 BB, fold, Hero
???

I had a note BTN was raising big way too wide, so my plan was to 3bet to isolate him and shove any flop. But MP decided to join us.

Is this a hand that I should call or fold against his terrible sizing? If I call, what is my plan on future streets?

I know that if I play GTO, I need to call. But I wonder what is the most profitable line.

I'd fold pre, Btn has raised 7x, which suggests a lot of strength and you have these 2 fish in UTG and MP so the pot is generally going to be 3 or 4 way. AJo is really difficult to make profitable in this spot.

Your 'read' on Btn is after 6 hands? I'd disregard that completely. The plan to shove any flop is really spewy, I'd get out of the habit of making plans such as that for hands.

AP I'd probably just x/c twice if he keeps betting 12% pot or whatever it is and then maybe donk river as a bluff if you miss, trivial bets like this tend to be medium PPs or draws and if the flush doesn't complete fish will fold river for a relatively small sizing.

I like the 3bet preflop but with his stack size you either need to play for it or get out of the way. Leaving him only 17 BBs makes no sense and creates a real weird situation on the flop.

I'm giving up PF. I usually 3-bet AJo SB vs. BTN and it's probably the bottom of my offsuited Ax range, but...

1) BTN is iso'ing two players and not opening and so his range is quite a bit stronger,
2) 7 BB is larger than the ~5 BB iso we would expect to see so I'm scaling back my 3-betting range slightly, and
3) 3-betting into a 36 BB stack is super gross because we have to call a shove, and so I would think that we would want to use a tighter linear range against fish anyway.

Probably c/c'ing flop as played.

I think 3-bet AJo pre and call off pf is fine against this guy, at the bottom of my range though. c/c flop for this size
