Cold calling pre can be good if you have weaker players behind. With regs behind who are prone to squeeze, which seems to be the case here, I'd rather play 3 bet or fold.

As played, hand selection is pretty bad for bluffing the river for a few reasons:

1) You double-block T9 which is the most obvious missed flop draw that villain will x/f.
2) You don't have a diamond in your hand.
3) You have some SDV.
