call once with a plan to fold brick turns if he bets anything over half pot again. if you make a pair on the turn, that might be a good spot to CRAI. getting value OOP with a non-nutted flush on a paired board is optimistic at best. you can pick better spots to make money.

Don't defend with that hand vs a short stack. Fold pre. As played, calling and folding on the flop both have their merits. Folding isn't bad, because he doesn't have much money to win even if you hit your hand. Also, the villain has TAG-like stats, so your implied oddis are low as it's unlikely he will pay you off when you hit. You could also call, and if you hit on the turn, MAYBE he will pay you off. But I'm actually leaning towards folding.
