Hey guys. Would like to hear your thoughts on this line. I have started to bluff rivers more agressively and want to know if im doing the right things.

I think this is a standard cbet with good backdoors on a dry board, because its so dry i thought going for a small size makes sense, I doubt he will be able to defent 75% of his hands. Im not sure if we should be betting that small when we are OOP so Im curious what you recommend.

The turn improves my equity and is an overcard, it does improve some hands in my range, puts a lot of pressure on villians 5x,66-99 and even weak Tx might fold and when I cbet 1/3, I think villian will defend very wide on the flop.

On the river I thought my hand had good blockers to KJ and AK and a bet could get his remaining Tx, pairs that got sticky or busted draws to fold.

Appreciate any feedback

I’d size up this flop texture. Turn is fine, maybe overbet.

River do it based on the player, it might be best as a two street if you overbet and a three street if you bet smaller.

Could you elaborate on the overbet? Which hands would you then overbet for value?
Sadly I had no info on villian

    Seems well played to me

I don't think you want to overbet anything with this spr

I'd x turn w club blockers. OB doesn't make too much sense to me since MP can still have all combos of AK here.

I don't see river being too profitable given villain has all AK here, up to 4 combos of KQ/KJ and a couple two pair/sets. Plus when everything bricks you'll have less FE too.

Your sizing is good. Maybe size up on the flop. I like the turn bet because you set up a river shove perfectly so you're letting him know you're playing for stacks. River I'm giving up. You're repping 67 or a flopped set. You're gonna have xcalls like KQ in your range to protect your range when you check . I used to empty the clip in spots like this but I think the play is breakeven at best. Save your triple barrels for when you're in position and you get checked to 3 times. Villain is uncapped here. He could easily have rivered the nut straight . I guess from a theory standpoint you want to have bluffs here and this might be a good one based on your removal but I just think this play is breakeven at best in practice. Don't worry so much about getting exploited by not having bluffs. I would worry more about protecting your x range so V can't profitable shove every combo of missed flushes when you check. Just my 2 cents

Sorry, I was in a mad rush and didn’t even realise that it was a 3bp, my apologies!

Size up flop slightly and just triple down unless you’re up against a serial hero caller
