Hero is a TAG but unknown since he just moved up running around 21/17/9%

Today's hand

Villain 6/0/0 over 16 hands
Should I be triple barreling here? The river pairing doesn't change much besides making KK-AA stronger but I never put villain on that hand at the time. River also made the flush which villain could have had. I can't think of any A2 combos calling 2 streets here. Should I even barreled the river? I feel like I could get value out of weaker Queens at the time but didn't think at the moment that they would have folded anyway since the flush came.

    Yesterday's hand

    Villain 21/13/0 over 69 hands
out of 100k hands at 25nl, I don't think I ever made any Q high board calls. I have a problem of over adjusting when I move up but I could not see any combination that would bet for value and the bet sizing was just too weak for hands crushing me. Although I don't know him, I feel AK would almost always 3bet here, AQ possibly too so I discounted those hands. When the board pairs low, I feel like that is a perfect spot for me to triple barrel for value but I don't have a Kx hand and the only real value hand that can bet there is KQ. The sizing isn't inviting for Tx combos to hero call, or possibly QQ-JJ may call. Any K diamond FD may raise since they have decent equity but could also check back on river for SDV. A lot of FDs missed and a few combos of OESD. I don't want to be results oriented but would this be a fishy call or a decent one once in a blue moon?

After some more thought, hand #2, I didn't even think about how many Ax flush combos that would beat Q high. At the time, I didn't even put the villain on many FDs

      Bigger flop
      Overbet turn
      River bet is fine

Would be nice if V shows Axd in the second hand. I do not like the call, would just bluff myself.

I was thinking what kind of hands would call the flop and turn?
QJ, J9, 97, Axs, Qxs, and all SCs

I block a lot of Q and J combos so more likely 97, Axs, and tons of small SCs.

Of that range, what hands would check back when missed everything on river?
Axs possibly if he thinks I missed too.

I put him on 97 and maybe I got lucky I was right in this situation.
