You should fist pump to discover you have a SB that min raises.

82o is still a fold, but think about all the other cards you can now profitably call which would have taken a -100bb/100 hit by having to fold to a 3x RFI.

if there weren't rake you would def call ATC here even against another competent player. i generally call ATC against fish (aka the only people who minraise SB ime) but i'm playing at a slightly lower rake environment than you are so i'm not sure whre your calling range should start

Besides our premium hands generally you wanna call all suited paint cards and suited cards with straight potential like T6, 96, 85 etc...vs a min raise we can probably defend a bit wider like T2s, 95s, 86o, etc,...if you're randomizing you can 3b some of that trash maybe 5% of the time or something along those lines.
