I decide to call the 3b on the F because i find these kind of bets quite polarized without history. Turn donk makes me think he has a very weak hand 90% of the time, so I bet small to keep him in. River seems standard for this price. V could have sets and A8 here, but V line on T makes me think he has 8x, straights and weaker flushes here almost always.

Should I just shove T?

yeah flop 3bets in general are polar
essentially minbets can be treated like checks readless, but it looks like you have reads
Just bet the largest you think he'll call with if he had one diamond, which should be not less than 1/3rd pot. I don't see what's wrong with the play

I'd make it more like $4 on the turn.

Looking at his sizing, I think it's hard to figure out much about him other than he has no clue what the hell he's doing. I mean, he minbet the flop, and minraised over you. He minbet the turn... He could've done the same, or folded, or whatever. I highly doubt there's much logic to his plays.

If you think his play on the flop is polarizing, then you definitely don't want to make it cheap on the turn. If he has a middle pair he's probably gonna fold to anything, and if he has a set he's never gonna fold to anything (and you really don't want to let him see a cheap river). If he has a flush he's not folding either.

You're leaving a lot of money on the table with this small raise. If the board pairs, you might be beat, if the board 4flush, you might not get any more money regardless of what he has... Get money in the pot when you have the nuts and he might like his hand. These two things could change on the river.

I think you can argue both sides of raising or calling the donk bet on the flop. Obviously flatting after he 3-bets it. And on the turn you can either jam or bet small to either induce or simply set up a great river price. I doubt there's a whole lot between any of our post-flop decisions vs. this guy aside from the obvious that we want to get lots of money in after that diamond lands.

I like this as played. Shoving turn's fine too against an obvious fish, but I prefer giving him a little bit of rope to hang himself for the times when he's not super nutted.

We could also call flop, like @Bladesman87 suggested. I treat min donks like checks, and checking back this board with some of our Axdd combos seems good for a number of reasons, but I don't know if we really need to care about balancing our checking range when there's at least one obvious fish in the pot. I still like betting a little more than checking back flop.

A big part of not raising is that you still have the SB to think about. And when you flat you get some fun spots where he plays back at the fish.
