When I play this hand, I see 3 buttons on the client and they all say CALL. I'm not aware of any other options. Is my client broken?

Yes, it's broken if you don't have three different options and a slider. If you click the left or right button, I'd be willing to bet it doesn't equal a call

This is pretty close between all 3 options. I'd probably bluff raise since it looks to be a chop a lot.

play for stacks vs this villain IMO 59/0, Jam river for value and don't be surprised when he calls you off with any piece of that board. Vs a normal villain also raise for value as he won't have AQ-AK.

don't think we just be jamming river when he's got 50bb behind but a small raise to 20-25bb looks good imo
