Preflop: Hero is SB with :Kd: :Qh:
MP folds, CO calls $0.05, BTN calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.25

Flop: ($0.70) :7c: :4d: :2h: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.45, BTN calls $0.45

Turn: ($1.60) :Td: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.77, BTN raises to $1.54, Hero folds

OTF i bet, because its so dry, and doesn't really hit his limp/call range(i think its more broadway heavy).
When he calls OTF i put him on lot of air Kx, Ax hands and a few made hands.
OTT the T doesn't really helps his air hands so i decide to fire again.

Is my thought process ok?

No. Reverse your thought process on every street and it would be better.

I don't agree at his range didn't hit. I think his range hit better when yours.
i think is better don't cbet this board.
Ax hands often will raise preflop, not limping.

I think preflop is fine, but flop and turn you have no draw on a board where you should have a lot of draws that are better to bluff with. Like, on the flop, even a hand like JT has a backdoor gutshot and any random suited hand probably has a backfoor flush draw.
Checkfold this postflop and look to instead bluff with any of the many hands that have more equity when called than this hand.
