Hi, I am new here,

Preflop:
I open KQo in the CO and the BTN flats, blinds fold. I have 0 stats on the BTN.
Flop:
I flop top pair with a good kicker against probably a very wide range. I bet $0.21 into $0.37 which is on the smaller side and looks like a cbet that contains a lot of bluffs still, and doesn't give away my hand strength. I elected to bet smaller because there aren't too many hands that can call me, but there are a lot of hands that can hit a backdoor draw and then call the turn. So I am kinda hoping he floats me here on the flop or calls with a weaker pair, and I am planning to bet bigger on the turn.
Turn:
Turn comes a blank but can hit some of his suited spade hands. I bet $0.55 into $0.79 and he calls again which makes me think he's either got a made hand, spades, or QT specifically.
River
River does complete the flush but is a blank otherwise. I probably have the best hand but I at the moment of playing I was kinda worried he was trapping me with a better hand like a set or KJ, and he could hit a flush as well. It would be a bad slowplay if he has a set or KJ, but that doesn't mean he doesn't do it. Anyway, I decided to check this time and probably call a bet.
Is this a clear valuebet-fold, or what do you think about the river?
