I think villains range consist mostly of kx, pairs 55+ and oesd and fd's OTF, so I don't think it's that likely, that he has a 4. He might call me with hands hands like 54, 64 though. So a 4 might be possible. And I think if he had a set he would raise my x/r OTF.

I called the raise, because it was so small, and I didnt believe he would have a 4, then he shoves the river - what to do?

And he has 50% Attempted to steal.

Fold

He's a fish but not a whale, It's a weird spot to bluff, and what worse hands does he really do this with? River shoves at the micro tend to be value oriented pretty heavily, we have plenty of better hands in our range to call this bet

The problem here is that villain can have most of his 4x (I can see fish peeling a flop raise with 4x here), and OP only has 3 combos of 33, 2 combos of 43s, and 1 combo of K4s. Assuming OP calls open with 43o that's an extra 4 combos. Not a whole lot

3bet pre, we can certainly have a calling range vs btn min open but it will be hands much weaker than KQ.

Youre not going to have much strong Kx on this flop given preflop action so I would advocate a call.

I think I fold turn vs minraise to this particular villain.

V good point, but I think population and player type reads at this stake still make it a fold for me. Call in a vacuum but seen it too much where they show up with the goods
