Not sure how to play this one..

When do you fold KK?

Bet the flop. You need to define hand ranges and you also fold out some of your opponents equity to the pot

Evrybody called the BB bets..

Someone have an Ace.. probably..
Calling isn't bad.. but you should overfold here..

Microstakes you don't need to balance your range..

Usually bet this flop. As played, fold river.
Amusingly, I think everyone played the river incorrectly. BB should give up with his airball bluff when he was called by both players on the turn, you should fold because BB is repping very strong and you can't close the action, and CO should also fold when there's a bet and call on that river. Someone should have better trips than he has, if not a flush or boat. It's kind of hilarious that A7hh actually won when it's 3-way on that river.
