I would probably C/F flop. Would rather bet KJ with a heart or KJdd.

Yep bigger pre oop 11-12 bb's and the flop i like to cbet and barrel on any 9 Q A when you pick up equity and on any J or K for value.

If you don't tell us how the player plays and just show stats can't really help you. I might cb here I might not depends the player. It also depends what his range is from the btn. Does he fold to 3b does he not etc etc etc. Thats why just looking at hud stats don't work. 2 players can play completely different pre and post flop with the similar hud stats.

^^^ How do you play the hand vs an unknown ?

Not sure we need to mash it too big preflop. I have learned that it is better to raise bigger with a polarised range. KJo is a strong hand vs a btn opening range but not vs a 3bet call range. A smaller raise encourages calls from a wider range of dominated hands. Conversely when raising a polarized range of nutty hands and weak hands with potential to draw big and make a nut hand, a bigger bet gives more fold equity and makes a bigger pot which is good with a polarised range.
So in this spot 8bbs seems an OK size.

Could also consider calling depending on squeeze rate of BB but I would 3bet more than likely - In fact I am actually folding this as a default, it is borderline either way.

On the flop I might just check fold this one, we don't have great fold equity vs better hands, and cards which improve us on the turn to a pair /gutshot improve his range as well
