Felt kinda lost in the AK hand, I think its a call on the flop but I though that I would have better spots to make a call there. Thoughts?

First hand i would flat pre second hand is played fine.

I don't think I would bet the first hand. Horrible flop imo. Check fold seems best sadly.

Second hand is a better bet fold. You can get fps and xc xr but seems spewey to me.

You're right. These are ****ty spots and I don't feel like wasting money on them.
