A somewhat weird spot in a multiway pot

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #37847554

UTG: $3.27 (65.4 bb)
Hero (MP): $5.28 (105.6 bb)
CO: $8.44 (168.8 bb)
BTN: $6.52 (130.4 bb)
SB: $5.71 (114.2 bb) - VPIP: 40, PFR: 13, 3B: 0, AF: 1.6, Hands: 63
BB: $5 (100 bb) - VPIP: 20, PFR: 13, 3B: 0, AF: 2.3, Hands: 45

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q K
UTG calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.20, CO folds, BTN calls $0.20, SB calls $0.18, BB calls $0.15, UTG calls $0.15

Flop: ($1) 5 K 6 (5 players)
SB bets $0.50, BB calls $0.50, UTG folds,
Hero?

The SB fish has a 50% donk flop. Still, first-to-act fiveway this is reasonably strong. So is the BB's calling range. I find it to be a very strange spot where I can see arguments for all options from folding to raising. I suppose calling is the most reasonable action since we have position on the blinds and a BDFD but I'm interested in your takes.

Bonus question: How do you approach different turn spots? Say

A) Blank turn, action goes bet/call
B) Blank turn, action goes check/check
C) Q turn, action goes bet/call

Call.
Raising has some benefits but we are really hating life when we get 3bet and can't really continue.
Folding is out of the question.

A) call if he bets 1/2 pot again (It gets closer when he sizes up)
B) bet (we need protection from a lot of rivers)
C) call (I don't really see any other option here)

I dont think your raise is big enough pre if your goal is to isolate from MP. With a 4bb raise you are going to either entice a lot of people late with the med pair sc type hands and end up in the middle multi way fairly often. If you are going to iso raise it has to be bigger IMO.

As played I probably fold. It depends a little on sample size but Im less worried about the BB as his flat on the flop is actually weak IMO. I think he 3bets a fair amount with AK pre and I don't think he flats w a set or 2pair type hands on the flop with 4 to act behind and a wetish draw heavy board. The BB is almost always a draw or KQ KJ suited type hands and since we block KQc I'm not worried about top pair plus fd.

4xBB iso is pretty standard.

Call flop and re-evaluate turn.

Bonus questions:
A) Blank turn, action goes bet/call - depends on bet size, but calling smaller ones and folding larger ones
B) Blank turn, action goes check/check - bet 60-65% pot, probably checking back river
C) Q turn, action goes bet/call - probably just call; I don't think raising makes much sense because better never folds and there's not too much worse that can call.

call... u have the position vs SB/BB and Qc.

a) might wanna call this one... depents on sizing.
b) fire healthy sized bet
c) call

I want to take this 40bb right now or get value from SB fish.

Action before your decision is pretty safe.

I mean a ton of money in the middle already.

But this is probably SOMEWHAT close.
