I can't imagine anything besides A4 and busted clubs folds here often, and maybe not even A4

This is a spot where I think the board ruins our hopes of GTO glory and we just shrug and move onto better spots against a population that overcalls

I think I should have donk led turn here since the 5 hits me more. You’re probably right about checking river.

This. Also if you care about ranges balancing you can either limit donking for some rare exploitative spots or you better get ready for a nice headache.

I solved this spot and GTO donks 45% of the time on this board. I actually ended up winning the hand but I think bet flop/bet turn then XR river would be the preferred line.

and the whole line is random af. I know most of your opp are looking at their cards first and foremost but you still need to tell some sort of a story with your line

Do you know how to get population tendencies? Like the average 25NL zone player 3bets 8% OTB to a CO open. I remember asking BrokenStars about this awhile ago and he told me to book a coaching session lol.

There are psychological reasons why checking 100% makes the game much simpler. Has something to do with our brains not liking being forced to consider multiple options and as a result it actually produces some sort of chemical that depresses you.
