How often should JJ call this river bet? How often should JJ call this river bet?

Hey guys, I'm not totally sure what my calling range should be on this river bet.

Playing 10 NL with basically 170 BB effective stacks.

Villain raises to $0.30 in the hijack. Hero 3 bets to $0.90 on the button with JJ and villain calls. Everyone else folds.

Flop: 86T
Villain bets $1.11. Hero calls.

Turn: 2
Villain bets $2.66. Hero calls.

River: 8
Villain bets all in for $12.23. Hero ???

Villain is a 19/15 VPIP/PFR player but he also never folds to 3 bets (14%) so his range is probably pretty wide? What do you guys think? What should Hero do here?

Hero shoulda raised turn imo but as played, Dont think theres alot of QQ+ in the range as Id expect a 4bet, but he might have flatted queens. 66-JJ, A8s, KTs, AT+? Tough for me because we have Jd which blocks hands which would be busted flush draws (also straight draws) Villain might not fold often to 3b but i cant imagine calling with a one gapper like 79. I probably crying call most of the tjme but keep in mind Im a spewtard. If i was at home id stove it but no access right now

At lower limits, obverbet-shoves by regs are almost always the nuts. Your hand is pretty face-up and yet V is pushing the trigger : he's going for maximum value.
It's a clear fold if you don't have history with V or seen him bluffing/overbetting often

This makes a lot of sense. I didn't raise turn because at the time I was thinking I couldn't really get called by worse but he pretty clearly had 10s in his range that could call and maybe even some 8s since I can have a lot of flush draws on that board too. Thanks. I appreciate it.
