Reads on Villain aren't much. Haven't played him before. He didn't seem to make any plays or get out of line too much. He did 4-bet $20 and folded to a 5-bet shove from other player with only $30 to call. His profile picture was a guy wearing sunglasses either inside his house or car. He had a I'm-going-to-bluff-you face. Anyways on to the hand.

50NL 6max game, Effective stacks are about 108 BBs. Folds to button player who opens for $1.17, Villain in SB raises to $4.01. I'm in the BB with Q Q and make it $11.28. Button folds and SB calls.

Flop($22.42) 8 65
SB checks
I bet $8
SB calls

Turn($37.53) 865 K
SB checks
I check

River(37.53) 865 K 7
SB bets $18.76

Is this a spot where someone could be over bluffing? I did check the turn after all. It is also a 4-bet pot so can he really have that many 9x? 99 and A9s are possible. Could someone lead out with JJ or TT, because they want to fold out a better hand and not check/fold? With AK I think a lot of people check/call or maybe bet out smaller. I felt like he either had the str8 or he didn't.

I don't think straights are the concern. An OOP 4bet flat range is gonna be JJ+, AQs+ sort of stuff mostly. This is probably our strongest hand which checks turn so I'm happy to bluffcatch and see if he's turned his JJ/TT maybe into a bluff. AK should be discounted because OOP a lot of villains prefer to shove pre. We also blovk KQs hard.
