Is this a good semibluff? Is this a good semibluff?

I know A9s is a loose open from UTG, but what about the rest of the hand? Probably a little dangerous doing this on a paired board but I figured if I got 4bet I am facing a boat and am probably folding at this point. After the check raise I see no other option than a jam.

NL Holdem $0.25(BB)
SB ($29.72)
BB ($72.76)
HERO ($21.16)
HJ ($15.43)
CO ($26.57)
BTN ($24.38)

Dealt to Hero A 9

HERO Raises To $0.85 (Rem. Stack: 20.31), HJ Folds, CO Folds, BTN Calls $0.85 (Rem. Stack: 23.53), SB Calls $0.75 (Rem. Stack: 28.87), BB Folds

Flop ($2.80) 8 8 2
SB Checks, HERO Checks, BTN Bets $0.9 (Rem. Stack: 22.63), SB Folds, HERO Raises To $3.55 (Rem. Stack: 16.76), BTN Calls $2.65 (Rem. Stack: 19.98)

Turn ($9.90) 8 8 2 J
HERO Bets $16.76 (allin) (Rem. Stack: 0.00), BTN Folds

HERO wins $9.41

Bet the flop. Check raising this board doesn't make very much sense because you shouldn't really have many 8's in your range. Would you really check raise AA in this spot? Becuase that's the main hand you're repping here. AP jam on the turn is fine.

Also raising any suited Ace from UTG six handed is standard.

I open any Axs from UTG and I find it standard. Some people do not open it all.

Just bet that flop. As our friend said above, it makes no sense to check / raise turn. I still think there are some 8x in the range of hero like A8s, 89s, but they are also combos that would bet flop.
