A good fold or a nitty fold? A good fold or a nitty fold?

This is happening in a 10-20 6-max online game

Hero Stack(4300 ~210bb)
Villain stack( 3200 160bb)

UTG open limbs , folded around to villain in HJ , he also limbs
, button limbs , Hero has AcKd in the small blind , raises to 100, villain calls, so does the button, UTG folds

Pot before flop(320)

Flop K82r
Since its a dry board, with no draws, I decided to bet 115, villain raises to 400, button folds and Iam in a tough spot, with a virtually non improving hand and about 160bb effective at risk, I decided to fold. This is kind of a nightmare spot for me. I wonder what you guys would have done?

I don't know if a limber is capable of bluffing on this board. If you don't want to fold then check here but if you check make sure you do it with random ace high and mpp hands as well. Checking with a 100% of your range here is a long standing argument across all 2p2 holdem forums for years but I personally hate not to bet with hands like 67s or QJ or 55 but I also hate betting with AA or a set and folding them out. I also hate betting with AK and getting raised. So I have a checking range and a betting and each has value hands and bluffs. At these stakes your calling range has to be balanced As well. So you can't only just call with AK+ sets or you're gonna get owned. You're going to have to call with some mpp and maybe even some back door equity hands that can raise ott with a redraw. As played, Yes it sucks but I can't fold, id be calling at least even though it feels like we're crushed. Edit: I have to add that as a uNL player I can't resist saying that folding feels like scared monies.
