Im confused at how to play a strong hand like TT-QQ, AK against a villian with really low PFR (2% here). with 2% PFR I believe he is only raising QQ+, AK so should I just wait for better spots and let him rot to blinds?

And what hand sample should I be looking at to use this as a strong read?

at least call the flop man. also its possible that hes raising wider on the button (thos prob not) and 2% is not only QQ+ is it? regardless, this is ridiculously weak tight

Well i feel at best im flipping with him, MAYBE beating JJ TT but i dont believe thats in his range, but I think youre right I should call the flop and he would probably give up with AK

Ya you also have to consider that he is raising from the button so that opens up his PF range as well. Gotta call or raise flop to see where you are.

Im not sure he opens up his range with only 2% PFR? what hands do u think hes adding to his range on the button?

call at least or check/raise flop, if he 4bet then i guess you can fold just because he is probably a nit.
you might consider 3bet him preflop

call each street if his bets aren't very large. I would also bet flop. He could have JJ ..at worse...
