I mean it is a difficult situation I would probably do the same thing, I don't think I could fold. But it depends a lot on how he played hands before that, knowing that would help you with a decision, I personally use an iOS app poker odds scanner(https://apps.apple.com/by/app/poker-...r/id1556003395) that helps me keep track on how are my opponents playing, it also helps with ranges but that is just a plus cuz I can see that was your problem here.

Fold pre

Would prefer to block the straight with my hands that call a turn bet, especially one of this size.

For sure this is a 4bet fairly often if we are folding pre no?

Oh man I misread we were suited, yea imo 4b > fold > call (but calling with like one or two combos of it is fine).

Folding the turn seems wise to me, but not saying I would find the fold in real time. Villain's sizing is quite scary on this board.

Yea folding turn seems like a best idea here, but it was a difficult situation

Easy to play hindsight police, I probably would have fallen in love with the hand myself. A few issues though (1) does button ever bet for value like this with a worse hand than yours? (Probably not) (2) do you have any idea what the button calls with preflop Vs CO open (ie does he have 16 combos of KQ here?) (3) with no flush draws there are few natural bluffs. I'd be amazed to see KJ or QJ play this line, so only utter air (eg 55, 76s) seem likely here.
