Villain is unknown. Basically no stats whatsoever? How often do we chop here and how often does he have aces and kings? And can we consider a super aggressively played flush draw or maybe even tilted queens? Its NL 5 afterall...

Just shove pre, standard.

You can't get away once you flop TPTK, nor should you want to.

1- 4bet is HUGE and you need about 38% equity agaisnt his range to call(if you see all 5 cards which is not the case, you will face more bets)
You hit flop 30ish percent of the time(I think exact number would be 32.76% or something) and when you hit with this hand, it's going to be good(TPTK+)
Pot is 60, you have 72 left..
It's never a fold after glatting 4bet.
Never ever imo!
You should either fold pre(to a huge 4bet that will commit you if you hit any peace) if you beleive it's highly likely that you're dominated,or GII pre because lets face it, QQ wont pay you off on A76r... Or even K72r for that matter.
I don't see calling here be the most +EV line.

If you fold it, do it to the cold 4bet pre, if not I wouldn't fold TPTK on this board with this SPR.
